All of our containers belong to the Premium segment. As one of the few, we use anodized ( corrosion and abrasion resistant ) aluminium profiles for the production of the frame, what improves the stiffness and reduces the weight of the construction. All of our containers are checked for tightness and resistance to weather conditions such as rain or snow.
„SANDWICH” WALLS
The walls of our container trailers are made of 23 mm thick „sandwich” panels- what means that it consists of two layers of polyester-glass ( or PVC) laminate with XPS foam between them. Such construction has very good thermal properties (1,35 (W/m2 x K), increased strenght and better aesthetic qualities. What is worth to mention, the competitive cargo trailers are made of ordinary white plywood, which is connected with steel angles and screws.
The profiles are attached to the walls with special jointing and sealing compounds, afterwards they are dryied for 24 hours at the temperature of about 20 degrees. As for the equipment, the standard also includes floor holders and a door bolt closure with two blockades and a lock. On request, we can also make water-sanitary, lighting and 230V installation or independent Webasto heating.
