Our trailers are made of high-qulity steel S 355 which ensures above-average durabilty.  Competitive companies use standard construction plates  which is less flexible and can crack along the frame and the welds. The S355 steel we use is ideal for cold working and anti-corrosive zinc coatings can be applied.

In 2006, we developed an innovative perforated and ribbed frame. which provides greater strength of the structure, and reduces the weight of the trailer. We make all frames from scratch in our factory, from processing in the machine park to final assembly.

Hot galvanized frames

Before starting the galvanizing process, each frame is cleaned of dirt that arises during the production process (i.e. greases, oils, welding slags). Then the frame is immersed in a zinc bath, where in about 450 degrees a chemical reaction takes place as a result of which the frame is covered with a zinc coating. The hot galvanization provides increased resistance to impact and corrosion (up to 50 years).

Workmanship precision

 

We use Fibermak fiber laser for the production of the steel parts, so all the elements are perfectly matched and what is more, tested in terms of durability.

Top-shelf components

 

We use components of the world leader – the German company AL-KO for the production of the running gear.

All axles have compact double row bearings which guarantee higher mileage and lower consumption.

The above mentioned AL-KO axels are characterized by a patented hexagonal design with three torsion shafts; thanks to which, the working range of both (independent) rocker arms increases, which translates into driving comfort and safety.
