In 1995, the first Wiola trailer was manufactured at our plant in Gliwice. From a small company operating on the local market, we have grown into a leading trailer manufacturer in Poland and Europe. Every day, several dozen trailers roll off our production lines, destined for both Polish customers and European markets. We also hold international type-approval, enabling the registration of all trailer models – 350–3500 kg – confirmed by a certificate.
We offer a wide range of products
Our range includes over 100 standard trailer models, including goods trailers, car transporters, and trailers for transporting motorbikes, quads, boats and construction equipment. We manufacture chassis for generator sets, sprinkler systems, pumps and other specialist equipment.

Our trailers are, above all, characterised by their high quality and durability.
A strong market position is not easily achieved. Our trailers are characterised by above-average durability; the steel components used in their manufacture meet the highest global quality standards. The perforated and roll-formed frame ensures additional structural strength whilst reducing weight. Components from renowned manufacturers such as AL-KO, KNOTT and SPP ensure a long and trouble-free service life. It is for these very reasons that Wiola caravans come with a 36-month warranty.
Our factory in Knurów employs over 150 staff, who undergo regular training in both production technology and maintenance procedures.
We have a modern machine park; our production halls cover an area of over 7,000 m², where trailers are manufactured from scratch – starting with designs and prototypes. The facility comprises: a trailer assembly workshop, a welding shop, a metalworking centre, a warehouse and offices. We are the most state-of-the-art trailer manufacturing plant in Poland, which is why our products are so well-engineered and reliable. Around 60 trailers leave our premises every day, more than half of which are exported to Sweden, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, Romania, Belgium and Slovenia.
The caravan market in Poland is constantly growing.
Today’s buyer is not solely swayed by an attractive price, but also pays attention to build quality and the standard equipment on offer. This last point is also a strong point of our products. We were the first in Europe to utilise the benefits of the AL-KO AKS stabiliser coupling, which until recently was used only on caravans. In 2009, we were the first in Poland to introduce the AL-KO ATC traction control system as an optional extra for car transporters.
By taking on board the comments and suggestions of our trailer users, we have achieved considerable success.
In 2016, we also launched our Innovation Department, which is responsible for the production and testing of prototypes intended for subsequent production. We test every new model under the most demanding conditions, ensuring that the customer receives a finished product free from any defects or ‘teething problems’.
Our ability to adapt to customers’ needs and to introduce innovative technologies enables us to continue to develop. Our efforts were recognised in 2011 when we received the ‘Polski Sukces’ award from the National Business Forum, under the patronage of the Minister for the Economy. In 2016, 2017 and 2018, we were honoured with the ‘Golden Payer’ award by the insurance company Euler Hermes.
Good equipment is essential
Our machinery fleet comprises over 300 tonnes of various types of equipment, such as fibre-optic lasers, CNC press brakes and hydraulic presses. Thanks to such advanced production technology, we are able to manufacture almost any trailer to meet the customer’s individual requirements.
From May 2025, all our car transporters will have additional VDI approval, allowing them to be driven legally in Germany
