All fire service trailers can be built on the basis of a container or a tarpaulin-covered goods trailer. The first option ensures 100% waterproofing, dustproofing and resistance to temperature fluctuations, which is very important when transporting expensive equipment inside the trailer. The second solution – the tarpaulin-covered trailer – is a cheaper and more versatile option. Such a trailer can be used for various purposes, and its fittings can be adapted to the current needs of a particular unit. We can fit every trailer with an internal frame tailored to the equipment being transported.

Beekeeping trailers are used to transport hives to various locations. With a trailer specially adapted for beekeepers, you can transport your apiary to any location, even if you only have a passenger car and a Category B driving licence. We can select the appropriate size and load capacity of the trailer to suit the dimensions and number of hives. The trailer can have one or two axles, as well as special platforms on which to place the hives. The platforms have adjustable legs, making it easier to level the entire rig on uneven ground.

In September 2024, a new standard came into force in Germany requiring car transporters to have additional type-approval in accordance with the VDI 2700 standard. All Wiola car transporters comply with the new requirements, based on tests carried out by the Motor Transport Institute.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, every component of the trailer is manufactured with precision and care. This process ranges from cutting components using a fibre-optic laser, through bending and forming on CNC machines, to welding carried out by Kawasaki welding robots.

GVW – Gross Vehicle Weight – A figure expressed in kilograms, indicating the maximum weight a vehicle may have, including its load.

Our container bodies belong to the Premium segment. We are one of the few manufacturers to use special aluminium profiles for the container frames, which are also anodised (to increase resistance to corrosion and abrasion). This significantly improves the rigidity of the entire structure whilst reducing its weight. All trailers are tested for watertightness and resistance to weather conditions, such as rain or snow.

Correct load distribution on a towed trailer has a significant impact on many aspects relating to both the trailer’s performance and driving comfort. Double-axle trailers have many advantages. One of them is greater load capacity and better distribution of the weight of the transported load. Contrary to popular belief, driving a double-axle trailer does not always require a B+E driving licence.

Single-axle trailers are very popular. They can be purchased at almost any DIY store, but they are usually very cheap and unreliable products that are not suitable for continuous use.

An undeniable advantage of tarpaulin-covered trailers is the ability to transport cargo that is taller than the standard side panels. Furthermore, they offer greater cargo space and the ability to protect the goods being transported from the elements (rain or snow).
We can fit a tarpaulin to virtually any car trailer. The tarpaulin is supported by a frame made of steel or aluminium profiles, making the entire structure rigid and resistant to gusts of wind. Boards can also be used as crossbars for the frame, facilitating loading from the side of the trailer.

Car transporters are trailers designed to transport vehicles: damaged ones, new ones that have not yet been registered, imported vehicles without a valid MOT in Poland, or even classic cars. They are usually 400 cm long and 200 cm wide. A car transporter falls into the heavy goods vehicle category – in order to carry a passenger car weighing 1,200–1,400 kg, its GVW (gross vehicle weight) must be at least 2,000 kg. It is worth remembering that the towing vehicle should have sufficient towing capacity.
