The walls are bonded to the profiles using special adhesive and sealing compounds. The curing process takes place at a temperature of around 20 degrees and lasts 24 hours. Floor mounts and a bolt-lock door mechanism with two latches and a lock are also included as standard.
On request, we can also install plumbing and sanitation systems, lighting, a 230V electrical system or an independent Webasto heating system. Several examples of bespoke projects are shown in the photos below.
Premium Segment
Our container bodies belong to the Premium segment. We are one of the few manufacturers to use special aluminium profiles for the container frames, which are also anodised (to increase resistance to corrosion and abrasion). This significantly improves the rigidity of the entire structure whilst reducing its weight. All trailers are tested for watertightness and resistance to weather conditions, such as rain or snow.
Sandwich Panels
The walls of our containers are made from 23mm-thick ‘sandwich’ panels. These consist of two layers of polyester-glass laminate (or PVC), with XPS foam sandwiched between them. These walls offer excellent thermal properties (1.35 (W/m² x K)), increased strength and an attractive finish. It is also worth noting that competing container trailers are made from ordinary white plywood, which is joined using steel angle brackets and screws.
